Genuine Benefits Transfer

On Country has adopted the Project Management Institute's (PMI)[i] PMBOK, and the NSW Department of Finance’s Benefits Realisation Framework [ii] as its normative reference for standards of project delivery.

The approach assesses the level of success of a project by the degree to which benefits have actually been transferred to the stakeholders in accordance with the project objectives.
